How to deposit crypto into your Velxen account
If you already hold crypto elsewhere, you can send it to your Velxen account and use it for trading, converting or P2P.
Step by step
- Open Assets and choose Deposit.
- Select the coin, for example USDT.
- Select the network, for example TRC20 or ERC20. This must match the network you send from.
- Copy the deposit address (or scan the QR code).
- In the other wallet, paste the address, choose the same network and send.
Deposits arrive in your Funding wallet once the network confirms them.
The network rule
The same coin can exist on several blockchains. Sending USDT on BEP20 to an address that expects TRC20 can lose the funds. Always choose the same network on both sides.
Before sending a large amount
Send a small test amount first. When it arrives, send the rest.
Check the address
Compare the first and last few characters of the pasted address with the one shown on Velxen. Some malware swaps copied addresses for the attacker's.
Need a memo or tag?
Some coins need an extra memo or tag. If Velxen shows one, you must include it, or the deposit cannot be matched to your account.
