How to create and verify your Velxen account
Opening a Velxen account is free and takes about a minute. Verifying your identity takes a few more minutes and unlocks everything.
1. Create your account
Go to velxen.com and tap Get started. Sign up with your email and a strong password, or continue with your Google account. Confirm your email when asked.
2. Secure it
Before anything else, open your profile and switch on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. It takes two minutes and protects your sign-in and withdrawals.
3. Verify your identity
Open verification and follow the steps:
- Choose your document: passport, driver's licence or national ID card.
- Take clear photos of the document, with all four corners visible and no glare.
- Take a live selfie so we can match you to the document.
Most checks finish quickly. You will see the result in the app and on the website.
4. Fund and trade
Once verified, you can buy crypto on P2P with a bank transfer, deposit from another wallet, and start trading on the spot market.
