Delete it yourself (fastest)
In the Velxen app: Profile → Close account → type DELETE → enter your password.
On the website: sign in → Profile → Close my account.

On the website: sign in → Profile → Close my account.
Before closing: withdraw or send your balance, cancel open orders and finish any P2P trade. Leftover amounts worth less than $1 are given up.

Send us a request from the email address of your account. We confirm it is you, then delete the account within 30 days.

- Your profile: email address, username, profile picture, Google sign-in link, two-factor settings and invite code (straight away).
- Your sign-ins on every device (straight away).
- Saved P2P payment details and support messages (within 30 days).
What the law requires us to keep
As a financial service we must keep identity-verification records and the record of your transactions for at least 5 years after the account is closed (anti-money-laundering law). They are kept securely, used only for legal and security purposes, and then deleted. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
